We know junk haulers get a bad rap. They sometimes take things they aren’t supposed to, or they leave a mess. That’s not us. We take only what you authorize us to take. And we won’t take anything that isn’t ready for the recycling center, so if you’ve got a car that’s still in good condition, or something that’s worth some money to you, we’ll tell you and may be able to hook you up with a buyer. Though we can appreciate that dirty antique sign in your garage, we’re not eBay resellers; we only take things destined to be melted down and recycled. And if we tell you we’ll pay for that car we’re hauling away, we’ll stick to it. We promise.
We’re Respectful
You’re busy. We understand that, and will work around your schedule to coordinate pickup of your items. We show up when we say we will, and if we run into a problem that prevents us from meeting our schedule, we communicate with you. That’s the decent thing to do, and we do it. Every time. Our respect doesn’t end with people, though. We are always respectful of your property and any rules that may govern it. We want you to give us a call the next time you have something you need hauled, and to recommend us to your friends and family. That recommendation is earned through us respecting you.
We’re Clean
No need to worry about cleaning up a mess after we haul away your items; we’ll leave your property in as good – or better – condition than when we found it. If we have to move a couple of couches to get to that bed frame, or if we knock over some boxes trying to pry that lawnmower out from your garage, we will put everything back to rights before we leave. We’re your guests, and we intend to treat your property as such.
